test: Add comprehensive RC 1.2.0 validation and regression testing
Completed final verification round for release candidate 1.2.0 with comprehensive
regression testing and validation of all v1.1.0 and v1.2.0 features.

- Q-Learning: 4 strategies working (Q-values 0.88-0.95)
- Pattern Bank: 16 patterns extracted from 68 tests
