feat(adapters): add learning and coordination adapters for B1.2 migration
Phase 2 (B1.2) adapter implementation:
- LearningEngineAdapter: Wraps LearningEngine to AgentLearningStrategy
- Pattern management, strategy recommendation, execution recording
- Training, import/export, status and metrics
- CoordinatorAdapter: Wraps EventEmitter to AgentCoordinationStrategy
- Event operations (emit, on, off, once)
- Message operations (broadcast, send, request/response)
- Swarm coordination (join, leave, peer discovery)
- Updated BaseAgent strategies initialization:
- Learning strategy set during initialize() after LearningEngine created
- Coordination strategy set in constructor with adapter
- Replaced inline code with strategy calls:
- getStatus() now uses this.strategies.lifecycle.getStatus()
- waitForStatus() delegates to strategy with fallback
- waitForReady() delegates to strategy with fallback
Tests: 142 passing (67 adapters + 75 strategies)
