plugin 18ab03655d Fix agent-skill bonding issues (SASMP v1.3.0 compliance)
- Add skills: field to agent YAML frontmatter
- Add domain-specific triggers to agents
- Fix broken command links in plugin.json
- Fix ghost skill references

All agents now have proper skills and triggers fields.
Production-ready for marketplace deployment.
