marketplace so the skills install via Codex, alongside the existing
npx skills flow.

Built to the Codex plugin docs

— no Codex runtime was available. Two spots worth a maintainer check:
the local source "path": "." for a repo-as-plugin, and the
policy.installation value.

Closes#1 (Claude Code portion). The repo already ships as a single
plugin (root .claude-plugin/plugin.json); this adds the marketplace
catalog so it installs natively in Claude Code, leaving the existing
npx skills flow untouched.

pointing at this repo; version omitted so installs track the latest
commit
