feat: Complete Phase 2 Module Visibility implementation with comprehensive tests
🎯 Phase 2: Module Visibility - COMPLETE WITH TESTS
✅ Core Implementation:
- Implement module boundary tracking with ModuleInfo interface
- Add pub/private visibility modifiers for symbols
- Create cross-module access control and validation
- Add export validation with warnings for private symbols
