Paymahn Moghadasian 9c3b91a179 fix: auth import TTY hint + recognize aclax session cookie ...

auth import with no args read stdin and blocked on a TTY until Ctrl-D with no
indication — now prints a hint (paste + Ctrl-D, or pbpaste | incidentio auth import).
Also recognize incident.io's actual session cookie name (aclax / authed_orgs)
so the importer stops warning spuriously.
