Paymahn Moghadasian 5729b8c1a0 Initial commit: groundcover-cli 
Go CLI for the Groundcover APIs. SDK-backed commands for stable endpoints,
plus raw HAR-derived passthrough for webapp endpoints the SDK does not expose.
