Cursor old-CLI eval surfaced that '## If parallel-cli is not found'
could be misread as 'findall subcommand not found' on a skim. Rename
to '## If the parallel-cli binary is not installed' and add an
explicit cross-reference to the in-body 'no such command' guidance
so a skimming agent doesn't mis-route a stale-CLI error to
/parallel-setup (which is for binary-missing) when it should trigger
'parallel-cli update'.
