Sysix 5a52c8d53d test(oxlint/lsp): avoid calling run_file (#26353) ...

`run_file` is an internal function, which does not get called by the language server.
Instead, it calls the parent function `run_diagnostic`. Refactor the code, so internal implication is kept secret in tests.
