## Summary - Bumps `oxc-project/setup-rust` from `v1.0.16` → [`v1.0.17`](https://github.com/oxc-project/setup-rust/releases/tag/v1.0.17) across 12 workflow files. - `v1.0.17` updates the transitive `Swatinem/rust-cache` pin to [`v2.9.1`](https://github.com/Swatinem/rust-cache/releases/tag/v2.9.1), which runs on `node24`. - Clears the Node.js 20 deprecation warning emitted on every workflow run. Node 20 actions will be forced to `node24` on **2026-06-02** and removed on **2026-09-16**. See the [GitHub Actions changelog](https://github.blog/changelog/2025-09-19-deprecation-of-node-20-on-github-actions-runners/). The two direct `Swatinem/rust-cache@c1937114 # v2.9.1` pins in `ci.yml` and `miri-windows.yml` were already on `node24` and don't need changing.
