## Summary

- follow chained labels to their terminal statement when validating labeled `continue`
- reject label chains that terminate in a non-iteration statement
- add a focused negative coverage fixture and update the parser coverage snapshot

Coverage tests

Tools are tested against test262, babel and TypeScript for conformance.

Clone the test repositories beforehand:

just submodules
