## Summary

- add `GetNodeId` alongside `NodeId` in `oxc_syntax`
- add a dedicated `DeriveGetNodeId` following the existing `GetSpan` derive architecture
- generate implementations into `derive_get_node_id.rs`, delegating uniformly through `self.node_id()`
