I noticed that both just and typos have official vscode extensions, so I
added them to the recommended extensions list.
The `EditorConfig.EditorConfig` extension was present in the
devcontainer configuration but not in the recommended extensions list,
so I added it there as well.
This will make it easier to review PRs in github codespaces.
