Wire five demo-suite scenarios into the devtools fixture corpus: each ships a
deterministic generator, an invariant test, and a committed state-dir
(receipts + world-models + compile/{topology,labels} + beats.json).

Shared devtools enhancement (backward-compatible; observatory unchanged):
- data/index.ts reads an optional <state-dir>/beats.json into the snapshot as a
  `beats` field (null when absent).
- public/app.js builds a park-frame -> caption map from snapshot.beats and PREFERS
  it over the computed observatory captions; falls back to computed captions when
  no beats.json is present.
- scripts/record-demo.mjs accepts a fixture id (FIXTURE=<id> or argv): resolves
  FIXTURE_DIR to fixtures/<id>, reads its beats.json for the BEATS timeline, and
  writes artifacts to demo-suite/<id>/recording/ (gitignored). Default (no
  FIXTURE) records the observatory exactly as before.
