The published 0.2.0/0.1.0 hold the pre-fix code; this branch can't republish those versions. Minor bump (behavior changed: B5 read-only openStateDir, trigger --data delivery, --example expansion, receipts cost --rate). workspace:* keeps interdeps auto-resolved; copy 'live on npm' version strings synced.
