Jesse Vincent 344691198e Fix test fixtures to not depend on external MCP tools ...

- Remove hardcoded references to mcp__secret-journal (now mcp__private-journal)
- Make tests check for generic formatting patterns instead of specific tool names
- Tests now validate structure and format without assuming external dependencies
