Update episodic-memory descriptions to clearly communicate that this
tool fixes the memory limitation between sessions. Use empowering
'this restores it' framing rather than deficit-focused language.

Changes:
- Agent description: Emphasize memory restoration, use before every task
- MCP search tool description: Same empowering message
- Rebuild bundled MCP server with new description

The new descriptions combine solution-focused (D) and direct (B) approaches
to make it crystal clear this tool provides cross-session memory.
