Default icon scan glob skips JS/TS files and dotfiles, so section icons
declared only in app/composables/*.ts and content/**/.navigation.yml (e.g.
Composables, Typography) were never client-bundled and fetched from the
Iconify API at runtime, flashing in on hard refresh.
