Import/Export in the sidebar footer, mode picks are light/dark/system

feat(docs): Theme Studio becomes a fullscreen modal; simplified picker popover; hard shadows dedupe against stock classes

The /theme page is gone — the studio opens as a fullscreen modal from the
header popover, which slims down to presets + shuffle, primary/background
dropdowns, radius, color mode and the copy/export shortcuts.
Hard shadows now ride composed --ui-shadow-hard* variables via
shadow-(--var) utilities: tailwind-merge couldn't parse the old
shadow-[calc(...)] literals as shadows, so stock shadow-sm/lg classes on
overlays (popover, tooltip, dropdown) survived the merge and won on CSS
order.
