Hojin Yang	d971591d9b	feat: improve proxy-down error messages across all proxy-routed skills ... When k-skill-proxy is unreachable or misconfigured, users previously saw cryptic errors like "network error: Connection refused" or "proxy request failed: nodename nor servname provided". Now all 13 proxy-routed skill helpers show friendly Korean messages: - URLError: proxy-down hint with proxy URL + retry guidance - HTTP 503: API-key-not-configured hint Patched scripts (13): - kosis-stats (KosisError handler) - nts-business-registration, mfds-drug-safety, mfds-food-safety, national-pension-workplace, g2b-sanctioned-supplier, fsc-corporate-info, g2b-order-plan-search (ApiError handler) - fine_dust, seoul-density, seoul-bike (SystemExit/print) - kstartup-search (HelperError) - biz-health-check (constants only, propagates from sub-scripts) Constraint: error messages only, no logic changes Confidence: high Scope-risk: low Tested: py_compile all 13 files, kosis-stats 51 unit tests pass	2026-07-12 12:01:01 +09:00
Jeffrey Han	d965c2ab62	Ship seoul-density script next to its SKILL.md ... SKILL.md instructs callers to run $SKILL_DIR/scripts/seoul_density.py but the script only lived under the repo-root scripts/ tree, so the skill broke as soon as it was synced into ~/.claude/skills/seoul-density or ~/.agents/skills/seoul-density. Mirror the file into the skill directory to match the pattern used by nts-business-registration, ticket-availability, and the daangn-* skills, restoring the single-entrypoint flow described in the SKILL.md.	2026-05-15 00:32:54 +09:00
