Add new specialized agent for Typer CLI development created via the new
/agent-from-docs command. The Typer expert provides comprehensive guidance
on type-hint driven CLI development, command structure, validation, testing,
and distribution.
Also update README.md to document the new Python/Typer agent section and
the existing Temporal.io agent suite.
