Output of `cortex dev manpages`. Surfaces two changes:
1. cortex-tmux.1 picks up the new subcommands shipped in this
branch (say, sessions, snapshot, rename) plus the --cwd flag
on `tmux new` and pane-syntax targeting.
2. cortex-hooks.1 was generated for the first time — the `hooks`
subparser had been live in the CLI for a while but the manpage
wasn't registered as a setuptools data-file, so users who
installed via pip never got `man cortex-hooks`.
The other 17 manpages show date-stamp-only diffs; no content change.
`cortex dev validate-manpages` passes after the pyproject update.
