Move agents-disabled/ and modes-inactive/ into single inactive/
directory structure. Update core modules to parse CLAUDE.md refs
with new path patterns, enhance TUI components, and update docs.
Add scrollable help dialog with keyboard shortcuts:
- Global shortcuts section
- View-specific shortcuts (agents, rules, modes, etc.)
- Aligned columns for better readability
- Vertical scroll support for long content
- Footer with scroll instructions
Fix dialog visibility issues:
- Add CSS overrides to set opacity: 1 for all dialogs
- Center dialogs with align: center middle on ModalScreen
- Fix 8 dialog classes: Confirm, Error, Info, TaskEditor,
Prompt, TextViewer, MCPServer, Help
Integrate intelligent mode switching in TUI:
- Use mode_activate_intelligent() for activation
- Use mode_deactivate_intelligent() for deactivation
- Show notifications for auto-deactivated modes
- Show warnings for affected dependent modes
- Fix mode toggle by stripping Rich markup from table cells
Update TUI documentation:
- Add tui-entity-guide.md with navigation details
- Update tui-keyboard-reference.md with help dialog info
- Update tui-navigation-summary.md with entity navigation
