docs: standardize READMEs across all skills

- Rename README_CN.md to README.zh.md (ISO 639 convention)
- Add missing READMEs for bailian-docs-llm-wiki and financial-expert
- Standardize prerequisites section format across all skills
- Simplify root README install instructions (remove --all -y flags)
- Update first-party skills table to reflect bailian-cli migration
