gemini-cli: emit AfterModel hook in generateHookConfig + settings fixture. openclaw: subscribe model.usage diagnostic bus via tsc-safe runtime resolution (api.onDiagnosticEvent or guarded dynamic import; no static unresolvable import). qwen-code: new hooks/qwen-code/stop.mjs (cursor-gated wire.jsonl-style tail) + Stop registration + recovered sha256 project-hash path resolver (~/.qwen/tmp/<hash>/chats/<sid>.jsonl). All 9 real-cost adapters now have an end-to-end capture path. 184 tests green, tsc clean.
