destinations now use mintlify.site, consistent with deploy/vercel.mdx

- ai/skillmd.mdx: agent card subdomain reference

- guides/codex.mdx: MCP URL example
- deploy/authentication-setup.mdx: example Mintlify subdomain
- discovery-openapi.json: domain identifier URL descriptions (4 occurrences)
- integrations/privacy/osano.mdx: managed rule domain

- customize/themes.mdx: theme demo site links
- guides/help-center.mdx: live example link

All changes mirrored across es, fr, and zh locales.

* docs(auth): update authentication setup docs for new config page UI
The auth config page was redesigned: site visibility is now a Public/Private
dropdown, and methods are Authenticated/Password/Custom (JWT/OAuth sub-tabs)
rather than the old enable-toggle + Custom Authentication section flow.
Mintlify auth is now Enterprise-only across all methods.

* fix(auth): restore all-plans availability note for Mintlify Auth
AUTH_MINTLIFY is included in the hobby plan (and all plans), while
Password/OAuth/JWT require Enterprise. My previous commit incorrectly
collapsed this into a single Enterprise-only message.
