Dmitry Gozman ea747afcdd chore: use a single binding for all Playwright needs (#32039) ...

This makes it easier to manage bindings, being just init scripts.
Fixes the BFCache binding problem.
Makes bindings removable in Firefox.

Fixes #31515.
