* docs(skills): drop baseUrl from the openapi-to-mcp server config The skills rewrite in #2286 did not reach this one. MCPServer still rejects baseUrl on current main: error TS2353: Object literal may only specify known properties, and 'baseUrl' does not exist in type 'ServerConfig<never>'. The skill also says the scaffold provides that field; it does not, the create-mcp-use-app template sets name, title, version and description.
