Andrew Khadder 1e9f1a0ec7 chore: host context7.json under Mintlify docs (#1506) 
Mintlify serves static files (.json supported) from the docs/ directory
at the docs site root. Adding docs/context7.json so the file is reachable
at https://docs.mcp-use.com/context7.json for Context7 library verification.

The existing context7.json at the repo root is unaffected.
