docs: Update MCPAgent API reference ( #216 )

The API documentation for the MCPAgent class was missing information on two key features: structured output and conversation history management.
This commit addresses the following issues:
1. **Missing `output_schema` parameter:** The `run` method's documentation is updated to include the `output_schema` parameter, which allows for structured Pydantic model outputs. An example is provided.
2. **Missing `clear_conversation_history` method:** The `clear_conversation_history` method documentation is improved with a more detailed description and a usage example. The section has been reorganized for better clarity.
