feat(python)(client): allow middleware to modify context params (#522)
* fix(python): Params modified by middleware are lost when calling call_tool * Allow middleware to mutate request params (and replace context.params) and ensure those changes are passed to the underlying client session. Update CallbackClientSession/process_request to call the final client with the live MiddlewareContext so replacements are respected.
