The `config create` command now writes an example configuration file with all
settings commented out. This provides a clear template for users to
uncomment and customize, improving the initial configuration experience.
Previously, the example config was written directly, requiring manual
commenting for most settings. This change simplifies setup by providing
a ready-to-use commented structure.
The `--stage` option has been added to `wt commit` and `wt merge` to control whether changes are staged before committing/merging. A new `[commit]` config section now provides a shared `stage` default for this behavior.
- **`wt commit` and `wt merge`**: Now support the `--stage` option.
- **`[commit]` config section**: Introduced with a `stage` field to set the default behavior for the `--stage` option across `wt commit` and `wt merge`.
- **`wt beta squash`**: Updated to use `--stage` for consistency.
- **`tracked_only` config field**: Removed as it is no longer used.
Introduces `template-file` and `squash-template-file` options in the config to load commit message templates from a file. This allows for more flexible template management.
Updates the default squash template prompt with a new `Format` section to guide the LLM on output requirements and ensure consistency with other `wt` commits.
Moves LLM config from environment variables to a config file for integration tests to simplify test setup and enhance maintainability. This removes `snapshot_merge_with_env` and uses `snapshot_merge` directly.
Moves `scripts/` and `config.example.toml` into a new `dev/` directory.
This clarifies the separation between user-facing content and development-related assets.
