Add the implement-paper skill to turn research papers into interactive marimo notebooks, with a 4-step workflow: understand user needs, fetch the paper, plan the notebook structure, and build using marimo conventions. To avoid duplication, implement a sync system where anywidget content is copied to dependent skills (marimo-notebook and implement-paper) via 'make sync'.
