Matthew Podwysocki ca6db8f052 Add Claude plugin manifest and MCP server config 
Packages all 17 agent skills plus both hosted Mapbox MCP servers
(mapbox-devkit and mapbox runtime) as an installable Claude plugin.

- .claude-plugin/plugin.json: plugin manifest
- .mcp.json: hosted MCP server URLs (OAuth-based auth for Claude Code)
