## Summary Adds a **manual** GitHub Actions workflow that dispatches a `skill-updated` event to `longbridge/developers`, triggering skill zip packaging and OSS upload without running the full site build. ## Trigger `workflow_dispatch` only (manual) — no automatic push trigger. ## Inputs | Input | Options | Default | Description | |---|---|---|---| | `environment` | `canary` / `release` / `both` | `canary` | OSS environment to upload to | ## How to use 1. Go to **Actions → Notify skill updated → Run workflow** 2.
