Jason Lee e518a4bdc9 fix: use git source for Codex plugin (#53) ...

## Summary
- Change the Codex marketplace entry to use a Git URL source for the
root-level plugin.
- This lets `codex plugin list` and `codex plugin add
longbridge@longbridge-skills` discover the plugin after adding the
marketplace.

## Test Plan
- python3 -m json.tool .agents/plugins/marketplace.json
- python3 -m json.tool .codex-plugin/plugin.json
- validate_plugin.py . with a temporary YAML shim
- Verified a temporary `source: url` marketplace appears in `codex
plugin list --available` and installs successfully.
