Endless e26619f4b3 Update skills (#1029 )

## Summary

- 在 Skill 目录列表中，将 `longbridge`（总览 Skill）标记为 Popular（`tagType: 'hot'`）
- 同步更新三个语言版本（en / zh-CN / zh-HK）的 skill-catalog 配置
- 同步更新 `Skill.vue` 中硬编码的 `SKILLS` 数组

## Test plan

- [ ] 访问 Skill 页面，确认 Longbridge Overview 卡片显示 Popular 标签
- [ ] 切换三种语言，确认标签均正常显示
