twosugar 279e2df147 chore(migrate): convert docs/*.md to *.mdx with autolink/brace escapes ...

Rename all 882 markdown files under docs/{en,zh-CN,zh-HK}/ from .md to
.mdx, escaping <email@host> autolinks and bare {ident} braces that mdx
would misinterpret as JSX. Frontmatter untouched.
