CI 裸跑 bun install 曾卡 20+ 分钟且日志看不到进度(bun 进度条走 \r 不实时刷新)。
四个 install 步骤改为 bun install --frozen-lockfile --verbose:frozen 确定性安装、
lockfile 不符即快速失败;verbose 非 TTY 逐行输出,便于定位卡住的包。
前置 actions/cache 缓存 ~/.bun/install/cache(按 bun.lock 哈希),命中后基本不走网络。

fix(build): bidirectional copy-routes, css minify, sitemap filter & CI dist path

copy-routes now emits both foo.html and foo/index.html so the unchanged nginx serves docs/sdk (.html) and the catch-all (/index.html). Fix an invalid empty selector in api-reference.css that broke lightningcss minify. Exclude migration URLs from the sitemap. Point the release/canary deploy at dist/ instead of the removed docs/.vitepress/dist (was uploading an empty dir → no md/html on OSS).

Runtime US tenant detection based on cookie `app_id` /
`x-original-app-id` (longbridge_us / longbridge_us_uat), aligned with
openapi-website-private.
- API baseUrl (request.ts) prefers US host when cookie matches:
longbridge_us -> https://mr.longbridge.com
longbridge_us_uat -> https://mr.longbridge-staging.com
falls back to hostname suffix.
- __API_PROXY_URL__ resolves the same way in an inline bootstrap script
that runs before longport-internal.iife.js loads.
- Append `with-us=1` to the login redirect URL.
- Pin longport-internal.iife.js to versioned CDN artifact that contains
US tenant normalization
(assets.lbctrl.com/openapi-sdk/release/longport-internal-202607201728.iife.js).
- Rename portal gateway host m.* -> mr.* in package.json,
region.config.ts,

fix(pack-skills): add environment selector + fix step id conflict ( #993 )

## Problem
PR #992 merged a version of `pack-skills.yml` that was **missing the
environment-selection logic**. Both canary and release always upload
regardless of what you select.
## Two root causes
1. **Wrong version merged** — the file in #992 didn't include
`workflow_dispatch` inputs, the `Resolve environment` step, or the `if:`
conditions
2. **Reserved keyword** — the step used `id: env`, but `env` is a
built-in GitHub Actions context. Using it as a step ID causes
`steps.env.outputs.*` to silently fail, making every `if:` evaluate to
`true`
## Fix
- Adds `workflow_dispatch` inputs: `canary` / `release` / `both`
(default: `canary`)
- Adds `Resolve environment` step with `id: setup` (not `env`)
- Adds `if:` conditions: canary step only runs when target is `canary`
or `both`; release step only when `release` or `both`
