* ⚡️ perf: remove unused final state from step completion events

* ⚡️ perf: make step state snapshots opt-in per agent run

* 🐛 fix: use a valid FinishReason in the finish executor test

`'done'` is the resulting state status, not a FinishReason, so tsgo failed
type-check on the new opt-in snapshot test. Use `'completed'` instead.
