⬆️ chore: upgrade actions/checkout to v7 across all workflows - Bump actions/checkout from v3/v4/v6 to v7 (latest release v7.0.1) in 36 files (61 references) - Includes workflows, docs example, keeping version references consistent - Note: v7 blocks checking out fork PRs for pull_request_target / workflow_run triggers by default (safer defaults); verified existing usages only checkout the base ref so no behavior change expected Co-authored-by: Arvin Xu <arvinxx@users.noreply.github.com>
