Innei b796bb7e15 ✨ feat(desktop): font fallback stacks and title-bar-safe floating popups (#19332 )

The Appearance → Font page now edits `fontFamily` / `terminalFontFamily` as an
ordered stack: the primary Select is unchanged, and a new "Fallback Fonts" row
under each lets the user add up to three fallbacks, drag to reorder, and remove.
The stored value stays a comma-joined `font-family` string, so nothing changes
in the store or the CSS generation; fonts missing on this device keep their
"unavailable" label instead of being dropped.

Bumps `@lobehub/ui` to 5.40.3, which clamps Select popups to the viewport
(the search field used to be pushed off screen when the popup flipped upward)
and exposes `setFloatingCollisionPadding`. The desktop and popup entries now
reserve `TITLE_BAR_HEIGHT` so every base-ui floating layer stays below the
Electron title bar.
