`classNames.content` maps to the base-ui viewport, whose padding is set with
`padding-block` / `padding-inline` longhands. The shorthand `padding: 0` only
won because dev-mode module order inserted it last; production chunking flips
that and the 12px padding comes back.

* 🐛 fix(vite): preserve precompiled style composition order
Run pure cssVar/responsive createStaticStyles callbacks through antd-style
at build time and ship the stylis output as pre-split rules. The runtime
helper only calls sheet.insert and exposes a lazy `&`-form getter on
cache.registered so cx merging and `${styles.x}` composition keep emotion
semantics. Covers src/packages and @lobehub/ui dist; impure callbacks stay
on the runtime path. Legacy vendor prefixes are dropped except the -webkit-
ones Safari still needs.
