Hasan Turken 64c2b4ff56 automate version bumps and releases 
npm run bump raises distribution.json and regenerates manifests; CI fails
PRs that change shipped files without a bump; merges to main tag and
release new versions automatically.

Hasan Turken 28b0e6cb52 package skills as a multi-platform agent plugin 
distribution.json is the single source of truth; scripts/generate-manifests.mjs
emits the Agent Plugins, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Gemini CLI manifests,
and CI fails when they are stale.
