niezhiwei 592d775824 feat(slides): support str_replace in +replace-slide ...

Expose the server-side str_replace action in the +replace-slide shortcut
for field-level text patches (change one attribute or word without
rewriting the enclosing block). pattern/replacement/is_multiple are
forwarded byte-for-byte with no id/<content/> injection, since the
pattern must match the stored XML verbatim.

- Validate str_replace: pattern must be non-empty; replacement must be
  present but may be empty (empty = delete the match), matching the
  backend BuildReplaceCmd contract so the CLI fails fast.
- Drop the previous rejection branch that blocked str_replace.
- Add passthrough + missing-field tests.
- Document usage flow, the silent no-op caveat, and str_replace vs
  block_replace decision guidance.
