chenjinxiong.03 924b504bc5 fix(output): disable HTML escaping in envelope JSON ...

WriteJSON marshalled with encoding/json's default HTML escaping, so <, >
and & in string values reached consumers as </>/& in the
raw bytes. The citation render pipeline reads those bytes without JSON
decoding, so every XML <document> string arrived mangled (u003cdocument).
Encode with SetEscapeHTML(false), matching the Raw and jq output paths
which already did.
