The dependency-surface gate flags every package that reaches the binary,
so a subpackage of an already-required module cannot slip in without
being looked at. These four are the parser the bare HTML dependency scan
uses: the rules it implements turn on syntax rather than text, and
matching text instead builds a different file set from the one the web
client builds, which is a fingerprint that can never reconcile.
