Add an --only-thumbnail boolean flag to the +chart-list shortcut, mapped to the get_chart_objects tool new only_thumbnail input. When set, the backend returns only the chart thumbnail image instead of the full chart snapshot config.

Declare the flag in generated definitions, add a reusable boolean mapping for object-list shortcuts, wire it only for +chart-list, and cover both unit and dry-run E2E request serialization.
