Lotte Verheyden 5c9c569109 Add Cursor plugin manifest 
Package the existing skills as a Cursor plugin by adding
.cursor-plugin/plugin.json. Both `npx skills add` and Cursor's
`/add-plugin langfuse` now work from the same repo.
