Two failures on the branch, neither on macOS, which is why they surfaced only in CI. `cargo deny` rejected `unicode_names2`, which `ruff_python_parser` pulls in and which carries `Unicode-DFS-2016` alongside its MIT/Apache dual licence. That licence covers the character tables and is the older wording of `Unicode-3.0`, already on the allow list; added beside it. The two new config-discovery tests asserted on `../project/.jscpd.json`, and Windows prints the separator it joined with, so both failed there. They now normalise backslashes before comparing — the assertion is about which file was read, not about how the path is spelled. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01WztdFKZAwW9b51iJe9zhtV
